The 18 home sites in the private equestrian community are located on a on a 95 acre farm with a natural open vistas, a state of the art equestrian facility and beautiful custom homes. Duchess Farm is located in the heart of historic Marbletown, between Stone Ridge and High Falls, New York. This is only 1-3/4 hours from Manhattan and 21 miles to Horse Shows In The Sun (HITS).
The tranquility of rural atmosphere combined with open meadows and pastures for horses to run and graze is the centerpiece of the community. A blend of traditional home designs and environmentally sensitive land use ensures a showcase for open space design.

Phase I has a couple of home sites available. Pricing will increase in the Fall.

The custom builder for the community is Schulte-Harlow. They are the premier builders of high-end custom homes.
